When I happened upon this restaurant online, I was extremely thrilled to see that their entire menu was gluten-free. When going to the restaurant for the first time, I was expecting the food to be good, but I was blown away by how AMAZING everything tasted. Their waffles were the best I have ever eaten!!! Everything is healthy, and there are so many options. This is by far my new favorite restaurant, and I recommend that anyone eat here, whether you’re gluten intolerant or not.

My husband and I just ate here for breakfast. It’s a must stop if you’re in Memphis, TN! Everything is gluten free! I have a ton of food sensitivities and I left feeling great! � Right around the corner to Beale St. We highly recommend!

Love, love, love this place! Protein waffles, omelets, jalapeno slaw, spicy paleo chicken, etc. I love it all. Grab n go section is awesome. Sweets I've had have been delicious (my weakness) and nice to know I splurge, it's gluten free and made from all natural ingredients. Thanks Brandi for all your hard work!!
